Rod Debyser :Rod Debyser is a resident DJ on Underground FG (France), Dfr FM (Czech Republic), Beat FM (Costa Rica), Ange Radio in France, NTI Radio (France),Tonic F.M ( France ) and Live-dj.tv (France). Young, Rod Debyser begins to be interested in electronic music. His entire artistic and professional carrier keeps like central pillar his passion for techno and house music. Born in Lyon, in France, he starts to be known in this student city where he mixes with a friend for numerous private techno parties.
In 1988 he decides to make his own productions in order to relieve his mix vision and his desires. He makes lots of remixes, like 20Fingers Megamixes " Explosion Part 1 & 2 " (more than 260 000 copies were sold) and Antares " You Belong To Me " (Rod Remix) signed by Scorpio Music. Over 450 000 units were sold of his Da Hool's remix " Meet Her At The Love Parade (Sub Trance Fucker Mix & Fucker Edit Mix) that Carl Cox used in intro for his worldwide sets. Because of a Da Hool's demand, then he remixes " Bora Bora " (Trance Club Remix) and " Get Funky " (London Remix Feat Lysa) signed on Bonzaï Records. His remixes are playlisted by the most popular international Dj's : Jeff Mills plays the Delicious INC " Free Call " (Rodolphe Debyser Remix) and Dj Sneak plays the Ottomix " Boom Boom " (Dj Snooze Remix) chez S3 / Sony Music.
He decides in 1999 to come in Paris to pursue his passion and works in Sony Music not like an artist but like Promotion manager for a distributed label. After few month, we can find him in Scorpio Music, where were signed his Isaac Delgado's remix " La vida Es Un Carnaval " Tribal Remix 1 & 2 ". Engaged at the beginning for his special professional competences, he blossom in production and his tracks were signed in the biggest majors (Universal Music et Sony Music). Then he meets Antoine Clamaran and Laurent Pautrat, with who he is associated since 2003. They imagine an independent record company which will be used as a new talent springboard, because they are often on sideways. That will permit to implant or to present foreign hits in France. It's in this way that they choose to found the record company, "Pool e Music".He will be the first A&R in France to license Steve Angello, Sebastian Ingrosso, David Vendetta, Gadjo, Dave Spoon or Kurd Maverick & Eddie Thoneick, Roger Sanchez, Hatiras, more than 130 artists signed in 3 years.
At the end of 2005, he releases a new Da Hool's Remix, on Electron records, " Meet Her At The Love Parade " (Chris Kaeser & Rod Debyser Remix) played by Robbie Rivera, Max Graham, Philippe B and more. It's at this period, he mixes the compilation " Addicted To Pool - Winter Mix Vol 01 " which regroup all the biggest tracks signed in the year on the different labels of Pool e Music. He is resident on 8 radios in France and in foreign countries (Purelectro, Hot Mix Radio, BPM Zone (Québec), ...) With his electro and house music sets, he adapts is style to publics he met, mixing classics and exclusivities. The technique is not enough... You have to understand your public and love to see then dancing...
From September 2006 to February 2007, he works for Cyber Production as International A&R - Licensing & Publishing Department he releases his second mixed compilation called "Techno Mix Session" (Wagram Music) (see the tracklisting in the blog (top of the page))March 2006, he starts his own label exclusively distributed by Cyber Production for Worldwide : MAD STUFF RECORDS !!! already joined by Thomas Gold, Sandy Vee, Teo Moss & Szade, Ceeryl and many more…
